• Assumption of Risk: Students participate at their own risk. The Francis Hub, its staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or as a result of course participation.
• Certification: Completion of courses does not guarantee professional certification. Some courses may require additional testing or compliance with local/state regulations.
• Equipment Use: Participants are responsible for using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

2. Website Terms

• All content on www.thefrancishub.com is provided for informational purposes only.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of information.
• Use of this website constitutes agreement to these terms.

3. Purchases

• Payments are processed securely via Payhip, PayPal, or Square, or other approved payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Enrollment or product access is granted upon successful payment.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Courses & Training: No refunds after course access is granted or after the first day of in-person training unless otherwise noted.
• Physical Products: Returns are accepted only for defective products or errors made by The Francis Hub. Customers must contact support within 14 days.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and verification of the return.

5. Privacy & Data

• Personal information collected during registration or purchases is used for administrative purposes only.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Small Engine Repair Warranty

• OEM Parts Warranty: Repairs using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. Coverage applies only to defects in installation or workmanship. Manufacturer warranties also apply.
• Aftermarket Parts: Repairs using non-OEM or aftermarket parts are not covered under any warranty.
• Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, fuel-related issues, or pre-existing conditions are not covered.
• Claims: Must be reported within the warranty period, and equipment must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty consideration.
